Reviews
Don't let the “5-star” reviews mislead you. This place is a total dump, stay away!
The corridors and the room stink of a weird smell that kept me awake all night. The bathroom is unspeakable…I feel sorry about myself that I had to use it for one night. The bathroom door hardly closes. The air conditioner doesn't work on heat so in the winter you will freeze. The walls are so thin that you hear everything. The bed sheets have stains on them. The towels smell. The corridors remind me of a horror movie, literally when I saw them I thought somebody was playing a joke on me because they are so dark and filthy that only in very sketchy places you will find them. The amount of money we paid for this dump to spend our Christmas is indescribable…The place deserves a maximum of 25 euros per night. Don't let the fake photos and misleading reviews lead you on. You should be ashamed for providing so poor quality services, practically you are stealing our money.
While I appreciate the convenient location near the metro and train station, my recent stay at your hotel was marred by this concerns:"Pris d'autorisation" fee: I find it unreasonable to be charged a €100 "authorization fee" upon check-in. Holding this sum for 8 days, only to be refunded after a room inspection, feels unnecessarily punitive and lacks trust. This policy should be reconsidered, especially considering the absence of a minibar or bottled water in the room. Smenities typically associated with such fees.
Our four nights here were very pleasant. The room was basic but the essentials were all present. The only negative element being the only partially enclosed shower which sprayed half the bathroom and floor. Very helpful staff.
Quite close to the metro station and that’s all good I could write about it. The room was clean, no rugs though. At nights it was cold, bc of no heating (AC was blocked?) and when AC sometimes get on it produced awful noise like vacuum cleaner. The lobby is ridiculous.
If you want sleep in calm place, this aparthotel will be your choice. Well located in a calm street between two metro stations (+- 300m of each one) this aparhotel offers suitable apartments with a small kitchen and a big bathroom for long stays. Salutes to M.Tantely from Brazil.
Overall a great stay! Excellent staff that made me feel valued and welcome, within waking distance from 2 major metro lines, located around great cafes, bars, and award winning restaurants. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. I’ll …
Excellent place at reasonable price. New, clean and perfectly operational. Unusual for Paris. Only shortcoming, a badly designed showr that gets the bathroom wet.
Simple hotel studio with kitchenette. Clean and no frills. Rooms get cleaned on demand only. Shower is next to toilet and sink without doors. Floor becomes very slippery when wet. Need to use towels to dry floor. Location is ok and close to metro #1.
